我發現我已經好久好久沒有唸英文
尤其是說與寫更需要好好的加強
說的部分，語言一旦久沒用，馬上就退化了，反應變很慢
再加上人老了舌頭真的會變硬，現在說英文常常打結
寫的部分是從學英文以來到現在都是最弱的部分，
我一直覺得只要每天都好好地寫些東西，
持續兩三個月，實力一定會大大地進步
雖然有這個想法，可是沒有去實行，結果就是一直沒有進步。
